At NR Abaya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return & Exchange

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within7-14 Day of delivery.
• The abaya must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags/packaging intact.
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for items that have been damaged, altered, washed, or worn.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item/size was delivered.
• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the eligible refund will be processed.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by NR Abaya.
